How to Use Patronum Email Templates

Do your employees need to send similar emails repeatedly? Maybe you have a standard reply they sent to customers or a standard confirmation for booking an appointment etc. You may have the wording of these email templates stored centrally in a Google Doc, or maybe some of you may have even installed the Gmail Templates from the Advanced Options. Whatever you do there is a better way.

Centrally Stored Email Templates

With Patronum you can create centrally managed email templates, and embed them directly into Gmail via a Gmail Add-on. Adding standard replies is super easy with the Gmail Add-on

Quick access is provided via the Google Gmail Add-on which embeds the Patronum Email Template icon directly into the Gmail compose interface. After selecting the template you wish to deploy you are free to change some of the details or include additional information.
