After configuring Patronum to update your email signatures within Google Gmail automatically, you may notice that when you’re composing an email in Gmail, there are two dashes above the email signature.

Managing different kinds of contacts on your Mac, iPhone or computers can be difficult, and it may require you to make several edits in the lists each time you want to add or delete a contact.

This is the default available via the PROVISIONING button. Add allows you to automatically share files and folders from other users within your Google Workspace environment.

To automatically provide your Google Workspace users with Google Contacts simply select the ADD button and share Google Contacts with your users.

To automatically add users to a Google Calendar simply select the ADD button and PROVISION Google calendars to your Google Workspace users.

Select which group you want to add your users to, and define the default permission users will obtain when added to the group.
